Our cereals and legumes come from farms and mills that have been carefully selected. Pesticides, GMOs, preservatives or additives free. Following an environmental-friendly approach. Combining innovation and tradition.
We know the origin of every single ingredient, where did it grow, the seed that has been used, how it was processed. We provide all this information for each product.
How is that possible? Thanks to the Blockchain technology in our production plant, the buyer will always be aware of the entire Naturally Pinsa supply chain. This way, we can guarantee premium quality raw materials and maintain Italian tradition as well. Buyers will have a full view of business & product data, certified documents, datasheets, and logistical processes. Moreover, buyers can speak directly with the producer.
LABORATORY AND 4.0 PLANT
As far as processing and preparation are concerned, our laboratory is based as much as possible on traditional processing. But it wouldn’t be possible to meet modern food operators’ expectations without the use of the latest technologies for production and energy efficiency.
For these reasons the artisan component, crucial for such products, is protected as well as supported by a 4.0 plan, for better control and supervision of the entire production process and for energy efficiency to reduce environmental impact.

RAW INGREDIENTS...PREFERABLY FROM SABINA AREA
The Sabina region is an area of excellence in the food sector (particularly in growing cereals) only a few kilometres from Rome, renowned since ancient times for its beneficial properties. And also the place where the famous agronomist Nazareno Strampelli conducted his research.
This area is further enriched with other precious raw material, such as pure spring waters and the Sabina DOP extra virgin olive oil, produced locally using a range of different local olives and with very ancient origins.
